River Oaks:
Where do we meet?
During spring, summer, and fall programs we will meet at the far end (furthest away from the building) of the putting green that is located right by the clubhouse.
During winter we will meet at the North Driving Range.
Do my kids need their own equipment?
If they have clubs that are their correct size, have them bring them! If not, we have clubs they can use and will make sure they are using the proper fitting clubs.
Will programs be held during inclement weather?
This will be determined an hour before class starting. We have a place to hit undercover so we only cancel if it is extremely windy or there is thunder and lightening.
How do I know if a class is full?
When you go to register it will tell you how many spots are left in the class.
Do you offer make up lessons?
Yes, has long as we know at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer make up lessons during the winter, at our indoor facilities.
How many students are in each class?
We have a 5:1, student to instructor ratio. Class size will vary.
If there are zero spots left, but can I still add to the class?
You can still add and you will be placed on a waiting list (backordered). We will be in touch with you and let you know if we have room or if you will need to switch to another class.
Are parents allowed to stay during the class?
No. Unfortunately we have had too many incidents where students almost get hit because they are paying attention to their parents and not wats going on around them.
Do you have any beginner classes for 12-18 year olds?
Yes, they can register for any of the 2 hour, intermediate-Advanced classes. Golf is an individualized sport, and most of the class is spent with the instructors walking around giving each person individualized instruction. Because of this it is no problem to have a beginner join these classes!
After School Programs:
Where do we meet?
For golf, the students will meet in the back field after school. For tennis and basketball students will meet in the gym.
Do my kids need their own equipment?
No, we will provide all equipment. They are welcome to bring their own equipment if they would like to.
Will programs be held during inclement weather?
This will be determined by noon, on the day of the class. We can often use the gym if the weather is bad, so if it’s available we won’t cancel.

Are parents allowed to stay during the class?
No. Due to liability reasons, and because we have had too many incidents of students not focusing and almost getting hit because they are trying to get their parents attention. Because of this we don’t allow parents to stay during our programs.
