Policy Agreement *REQUIRED*
Refund/Cancellation Policy: If you are are no longer able to attend the program you signed up for we can give you a full refund as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the program starts. If we are informed any later, or in the middle of a program, you will receive a partial refund.
Make-Up Policy: We are happy to offer you a make up class for a week you may miss as long as we are given at least 24 hour notice. Any later and we can’t offer you a make up lesson. No exceptions. We don’t offer any make up lessons during the Winter at the indoor facilities.
Observation Policy: Parents will need to drop off the students but won’t be able to attend the lesson. We have had too many incidents of kids almost getting hit and not focusing due to paying attention to their parents and not the instructor.
Class Cancellation Policy: If we ever need to cancel a class due to weather we will inform you via email an hour before the class. We have indoor places we can use so we will only cancel if it’s extremely windy or there is thunder and lightning.
